As appears to be tradition for #ProjectWeirdLittleGuy here's a Monday #ScreenshotSaturday showing off... a crafting system! I wanted it to feel physical but also be super portable? So the result is a crafting bowl that goes in your inventory rather than a full bench that has to be actually built. And of course you hit it with a stick to do the actual crafting

This "the" is not the article of any noun, itis a different word, a conjunction descended from the old English "pa", pronounced "tha" which means either "when" or "then". Back in early Middle English the structure "if - then" had not taken over and if you wanted to express an if - then relationship you said "pa whatever, pa whatever", meaning "when such-and- such, then such-and-such". "pa" sounds almost the same as "the" and the spelling of the two converged, but the meaning remained totally different. "the more, the merrier" literally means "when more, then merrier" or "if more, then merrier'; same as centuries ago.

my more controversial take is I LOVE and support ROM hackers and modders & feel strongly that they are legit game devs who deserve hella props for dedication to their craft but i know this one is kind of fiddly
like there's companies like bethesda who also love their modders and will even hire from their modder pool, but then companies like nintendo who despise them π«

Some assholes worshipping a sun god from down south just put up a fort, saying this is the edge of civilization.
They are harrying the lizard-folk in the swamp and have killed a bunch of the cave clans. The delicate peace everyone has worked hard to achieve is falling apart.
They're saying that you all are bandits, sworn to chaos and need to be killed. They've put prices on your heads.
